Ovation publisher and media mogul, Dele Momodu has revealed that he spoke with Minister of Transport, Rotimi Amaechi about their emergency meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari on Sunday. Amaechi visited the ailing President in the Abuja House, London along with Kaduna state Governor Nasir El-Rufai, the chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) John Oyegun and Governor of Imo state, Rochas Okorocha. President Muhammadu Buhari on Sunday met with the governors and leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in London. In a statement issued by the Special Adviser to the President, Mr Femi Adesina, the Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha, said the President was very cheerful and has not lost any bit of his sense of humour. Okorocha, who is also the chairman of the APC Governors’ Forum, added that the party delegation spent more than an hour with President Buhari over lunch. He said the President was delighted to receive the delegation and asked each governor about affairs in his state. He also asked the Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, about the state of the railways. The Kaduna State Governor, Malam Nasir El-Rufai,  broke down in tears at the weekend during the launch of a foundation in memory of his late daughter, Yasmin.   El-Rufai described his late daughter tearfully, as a wonderful child, who had passion for the less-privileged in the society. He said: “As I was watching the documentary, I could not control tears in my eyes. She was a wonderful daughter. Apart from Yasmin, we also lost a son. The foundation is being run privately.
